Welcome to SDR Educational Consultants' Application Page.

The application process for an Evaluation is simple:

  1. Begin the application by validating the Google Security settings on this page.
  2. Provide your basic contact information, education history and select the services you would like.
  3. Print the completed application (or just record your application file code) and submit it to SDR along with your original or official copies of your educational documents and payment.
  4. Once you complete and submit the online application, you will receive an e-mail from SDR requesting your signature on important documents which are required to complete your application for service.  Please sign and e-mail back the forms as soon as possible to avoid any delays with the processing of your request.  SDR will not release an evaluation report until the signed forms are on file.
  5. All delivered evaluation reports / certified translations are covered by our SDR Review Policy, which allows for up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for all applicants to review, comment and request modification during the allotted time period without incurring any additional charge.  Any request beyond the 30 day period may incur an additional charge.

If you apply for an evaluation from SDR using the application on this page, SDR will automatically send an emailed copy of your completed evaluation report to your registered e-mail on the application, as well as to your target institution or employer.

Personal consultations at the SDR office are available 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Walk-Ins are welcome, no appointments are required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All transactions are final. Applicants must independently verify that the evaluation will be acceptable for the intended purpose. Please ensure that you have all required documents ready before submitting your online application.

Browser Instructions

General Tips:

  • You must complete this application in order for your information to be saved.
  • If you make a mistake in the information you submit, please continue with the application, and you will be able to change your information at the end of the application.
  • Please do not use the Browser''s BACK button instead use the navigation buttons "Previous , Continue" as otherwise it might lead to errors on your application. Be sure to press "SUBMIT" after you enter any data.

Application requires enabling of Javascript (Internet explorer v8.0):

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Tools from the top menu.
  3. Select Internet Options in the menu.
  4. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window.
  5. Click on the Default button of the window.
  6. Move the slider so that it is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, Accept All Cookies).
  7. Save changes by clicking OK.
